Manufacturing
Fabrication
Manufacturing process in which an item is made (fabricated) from raw or semi-finished materials instead of being assembled from ready-made components or part.
Rubber Extrusion
Rubber extrusion is a part forming process. During this process, a high-pressure extrusion machine forces synthetic or natural rubbermaterials through a shaped die in order to get it to take on its section profile, shape or cut.
Casting
Its a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. ... Casting is most oftenused for making complex shapes that would be otherwise difficult or uneconomical to make by other methods.
Forging
It is a process of heating, deforming and finishing a piece of metal.Forgings are made by forcing materials into customized shapes either by the force of a falling ram upon an anvil or by a die press enclosing a piece of metal and squeeze-forming the part.
Machining
Machining is any of various processes in which a piece of raw material is cut into a desired final shape and size by a controlled material-removal process.Machining is a part of the manufacture of many metal products now a days machining is carried out by computer numerical control (CNC), in which computers are used to control the movement and operation of the mills, lathes, and other cutting machines.
Injection Molding
Injection molding is the most commonly used manufacturing process for the fabrication of plastic parts. A wide variety of products are manufactured using injection molding, which vary greatly in their size, complexity, and application. The injection molding process requires the use of an injection molding machine, raw plastic material, and a mold. The plastic is melted in the injection molding machine and then injected into the mold, where it cools and solidifies into the final part.
